🎥 Tuesday, March 4th: 7pm Uk Time Live Workshop (Replay Available)
A deep-dive session to help you understand and break the patterns keeping you stuck in self-doubt and insecurity.
This workshop includes a Breakthrough Breathwork Session and Hypnosis (Please read contraindications at the bottom)

Important Contraindications for Breakthrough Breathwork
Breakthrough Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional release, which is why it’s important to consider certain health conditions before participating.
For safety reasons, this practice is not recommended for individuals with the following:
Cardiovascular disease (including angina or a history of heart attack)
High blood pressure
Use of a pacemaker
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
Pregnant
It is also not advised for people with mental illness, seizure disorders, or those taking major medications.
If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and speak with a medical professional before joining.
Because Breakthrough Breathwork can be deeply experiential and involve intense emotional and energetic release, those with a history of trauma or PTSD may find that a 1:1 session is more suitable than a group setting, to ensure a more tailored and supportive environment.
