Try this:
Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 4 counts.
Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 counts.
Repeat this a few times, and notice how it calms your body and mind. This practice helps shift you out of “fight or flight” mode, so you can respond from a calmer place.

The holidays can throw routines out of the window, which can add to feelings of anxiety. Sticking to simple, grounding habits can help you feel balanced, no matter how busy things get.
Prioritise sleep – rest is essential to reduce anxiety.
